As Global Internal Sustainability Manager for Deloitte, Ms. Johnson scales sustainability programs across Deloitte’s network of 245,000 people.  She is driven to help Deloitte make a meaningful impact by educating and motivating stakeholder actions on the impacts, risks and opportunities related to issues in transparency, our environment and society.  She also regularly engages with key stakeholders through a peer-to-peer CSR network she chairs.

Previously, Maureen created value for clients in sustainability strategy, reporting, and risk consulting with Deloitte Canada's Sustainability & Climate Change team. She analyzed capital markets on behalf of investors for alignment with socially responsible principles and practices with Innovest Strategic Value Advisors. 

Maureen earned her MBA with a focus in sustainability from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a post-graduate certificate in Sustainable Enterprise from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Biology from University of Michigan.
